In my experience, Brand24 is wonderful for the following 4 reasons: 1) Their support is a top notch, they respond within minutes, they're helpful and always find the solution via live chat. 2) The user interface is simple and intuitive, you don't have to watch long tutorials or spend hours to learn how it works. When you know what you want to accomplish, it's easy to actually do it. 3) The internal search engine is super useful for filtering mentions, it's something you won't find with other mention tools. 4) Slack integration Brand24 offers dozens of other features which you may find useful. These mentioned above are only features I found to be great for my work.

At first, it might seem Brand24 is a little bit more expensive than other mention tools, but you'll find out it's definitely worth it.

In my opinion, Brand24 is the best tool for SM monitoring on the market and I'd definitely recommend them. We tried many other tools before and we haven't been satisfied with any of them until now. It's user friendly, easy to navigate, powerful and reliable. Most of all, their live-chat support is just great and they know how to solve things.
