Both Enterprise LMS and Virtual Classroom is a white-label solution. All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our cloud architecture leverages three layered Web Application Firewall (WAF) at the CDN, Load balancer and at host-level to protect customer data.

Furthermore, we protect your audio and video files using signed URLs which are time based tokens that are only valid for a limited period of time. Once that time window has expired, the access token contained in the link will no longer work. (more)

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime or cancel prior to renewal of your selected subscription i.e. ahead of the next billing term.

If you switch from monthly to annual billing for the same plan, you will be charged immediately and your new billing cycle will start on the day you change. We’ll take into account what you’ve already paid from your current month and credit it towards your purchase. The price difference when changing plans will be automatically prorated, for example from monthly to annual subscription change.

There is no storage limitation. We provide unlimited cloud storage for all your digital content.

Absolutely! Most often this is used to separate internal (employee) training from external (customer/partner) training, or for multiple product brands.
