For me, the strongest part of Boundeal was how easy it was to prepare a structured data room for investors and advisors. Startup projects usually include sensitive business plans, financial documents, product information, and market materials, so it is important to share information carefully. Boundeal helped us organize documents and separate access through Permission Groups. The AI assistant was also useful because it helped find relevant information faster when the document set became larger.

I would like to see more templates specifically for startup fundraising and investor data rooms. A checklist of documents to prepare before inviting investors would also be useful.

The interface is clear and easy to use, so I would not change the core experience. The only improvement I would suggest is adding more ready-made templates and practical recommendations for different project types, such as M&A, fundraising, startup due diligence, legal review, and investor data rooms. This would help prepare new projects even faster and apply access-control settings in the best way from the start.
