I'd wished I'd never heard of this horrible appt.

The worst booking system out here, interface layout is a waste of space there no options for any thing, scheduling page is too small, can't see the whole scheduling at one time only in parts, that dumb red line, why? The scheduling page starts on Sunday, do I need to see it, would love to hide the days I don't work.  I'm sorry but there is nothing good about Booksy, it needs to go back to the drawing board, but this time listen to the people who actual use it. If not for us you can't  make your money, let that sink in for a minute

there is no best part. My account was transferred when genbook sold to booksy. Since then I have lost most of my bookings because the system says I am not available, gives a 404 error message and rejects client emails. SUPPORT is all but none existent, while my practice is burning to the ground.

I wish I had never had the occasion to have anything to do with this massive wreckage

He is a great person and a great barber as well.

Nothing great atmosphere.

Everyone is the barber shop act like family. They are all a great team but clay cuts he made my experience amazing and now he is the only barber I go too.

They started stealing money from my account after I never renewed my account! They waited 3 months after and started trying to take up to hundreds at a time. They are crooks!!! Stay away from that app.

I wished that Genbook did sell us to them, the are the worst online booking system out here.

Where do I start! With a Negative 5 I don't understand the stupid red line! why is it there, why is the booking page off center why can't I see the full booking page? Omg there's so much junk on the page that it's hard to focus on booking clients, Thank You Genbook for this mess, I'm looking into ways to recover all my information off this stupid site. Using Booksy is like being stuck on the side of the road with a broke down car and no phone, you're not going anywhere nor will you get any help.
