Blosm

Blosm is more of a market monitoring software in my perspective as it can monitor social media, web and check out what's going on with your brand or even competitors. Though it still feels a bit out dated I can't speak for the SEO efficiency part, but the monitoring capabilities of Blosm are undeniably magnificent.

For me the software simply didn't leave much of an impression. Surely there are some fancy tricks it can do and I can't argue about its' functionality, but the backend of it is not that magnificent, especially for an overseas customer when talking about the support as it is not very easy to reach.

At this point I find Blosm needing quite some work to be done, starting from a more modern, easily accessible platform and ending with an easily reachable customer service. As it doesn't have a free trial either, I am not sure it would be a new member favourite so there are quite many aspects that should see some improvement, before saying it's a fully capable monitoring solution for any business out there.
