What was the best part about using Blender?
Blender is a 3D modelling program that has a wide array of features that makes it great, most important of all a powerful rendering engine which gives it an edge over the competition. Other than that it has all the basic features you would and should expect from such a program like both mesh and vertex sculpting, different ways of texturing to make it easier for certain shapes, etc. Basically, everything most other programs of this nature have, plus a very powerful rendering engine producing extremely high quality photorealistic images. It is also a free product which means you don't have to spend any money on it which is always a big plus.
What would you change about your experience with Blender?
Not too many bad things in my honest opinion. Not too many I've experienced at least. One big issue all of the software of this type shares is a long learning curve which can turn away many people that are still beginning to work on 3D modelling, but that is an inherent problem all of these programs have so I can't really blade Blender itself too much. Other than that, it can some times crash without autosaving which is very infuriating if it makes you lose hours of progress. Butother than that, I really don't see many bad things.
Overall Feedback
Blender is a wonderful 3D modelling software that, although it has a long and hard learning curve, is worth having at least a try if you have any interest in 3D modelling and want to try your hand at it. It certainly can take you a lot of time to get to a high level of proficiency, but with enough work put into it, it shouldn't be too hard of an achievement. Especially since the program is completely free and can be used for many different purposes. From making animations, to making models for a video game or anything else, it has a lot of applications and if you are interested in giving 3D modelling a go, you should definitely give Blender a go.
