IF you decide to go for their suite and you find the price to be justified, the main asset of course is the database (but it is not all free so watch out) and contract management, though it is pretty much as any other similar solution - monitoring, reporting and all other such modules are there.

For the price they have I would suggest to step away and look further as to be honest, it doesn't even feel slightly professional and just for the promise to give you a 900 000+ vendor database feels like a scam - can it be believed that for $500 that's what you get? I don't think so and there is not even an easily reachable customer service that could give you some sort of reassurement or something. It just doesn't feel professional and reliable.

I am not too fond of their suite and I am pretty sure you can find a better solution for the price. Of course it is not all that bad but they have a long way to go before I could even say it is tempting to give it a second chance. For me, it doesn't do the trick and doesn't feel reliable at all.
