BetterWorks Enterprise Goals Platform

BetterWorks is very easy to use and has a nice and clean interface. From the common feedback's I heard about this tool was that it is very intuitive and fun to use. BetterWorks also has a very nice team of support which I think add up to its great value.

Right at this time, I haven’t encountered such big issues about this software. Most of our suggestions towards improving this product are always delightfully welcomed by their team and so far, I love this product. In fact, this software was one of the reasons why life in the office has become a lot enjoyable and easy.

From the moment we have a new employee, BetterWorks helps us to direct them quickly and let them see how their work performance directly impacts our company. Through this, all of us become greatly engaged towards achievement of our goals.

There are many performance appraisal software including Trakstar, ReviewsSnap and much more. BetterWorks stands out from another platform with an eye-catching design which makes the platform user intuitive and easy to navigate. The main dashboard has views for goals at risk, recently checked, total goals, hottest goals, progress over time and more, all with insightful metrics.

There are plenty of advanced appraisal software solutions that has comparable features and competitive prices like UltiPro, hire Vue, Oracle TALEO and more. Some users complaints that OKR does not have a native configuration on BetterWorks which makes it bit difficult. BetterWorks mobile app is not that much powerful and does not have enough features.

BetterWorks performance review platform helps businesses to plan and engage employees. BetterWorks integrates a more robust way than the SMART Goals methods named Goal Science Thinking unlike OKRs or MBOs, it is based on academic research. The customer service is providing learning resources and educational material. There are white papers, eBooks, Webinars and videos to learn from.
