What was the best part about using BackChart - Chiropractic EHR?

BackChart EHR software is relatively beautifully designed software that is dedicated to a medical caregiver that need to manage their private clinics. BackChart HER is a web-based solution, therefore, it is accessible from any device and anywhere. BackChart HER features custom templates, voice recognition tool in order to dictate notes.

What would you change about your experience with BackChart - Chiropractic EHR?

The alerting system and notifications provided about the exceptional events with the patients is a powerful tool. There were some complaints about the billing functionality on BackChart EHR software all along with claims that BackChart EHR has some bad business practices. Otherwise, BackChart EHR works normally for many businesses and med caregiver. BackChat HER helps a lot in organizing patients data.

Overall Feedback

BackChart EHR platform provides a lot of training material which is accessible from within the platform. The customer supports offers FAQ, simple videos and more. The support service is very good and the team in charge of customers is responsive. BackChart EHR has many useful features and it is priced quite competitively comparing other tools.
