What was the best part about using Avaya?
Avaya is a piece of software that I find a bit too expensive for my needs, as their main focus is on bigger and more popular businesses. Using Avaya for VoIP purposes and workforce management led me to a conclusion that they're not my pick, and they shouldn't be yours as well (unless you are running that big company I mentioned here). But they're definitely reliable, and I did like that.
What would you change about your experience with Avaya?
The configuration is not easy, while the support is just not that good. The costs are very very big, and in the end, I just realised that Avaya turns out to be the wrong choice for small businesses. Of course, there are no hidden costs that would make them a scam, but I really dislike them because of that. I really appreciate their work, and I honestly think they are trying their best to keep all of their users satisfied, but they're not affordable.
Overall Feedback
I don't know what to say about Avaya, because they're way beyond my most basic needs for VoIP software, but unless you run a big business company, I suggest finding better alternatives that won't cost you that much. Avaya is a very functional piece of software, but it's not a 'dream app', and it's just not something that I'd recommend to small and medium sized businesses.
