It's kind of a mix. Autodesk handles installation and licensing issues directly. For training and other issues, we have a network of value added resellers, dealers, and authorized training centers. (more)

We have about 7,800 employees, mostly software developers, and 15 million customers (not counting the free consumer apps). We have 680 million students using our design applications. Autodesk handles installation and licensing issues directly. For training and other issues, we have a network of value added resellers, dealers, and authorized training centers. So yiou really can't get us on the phone, but you normally can get a reseller oir dealer omn the phone. (more)
