What was the best part about dealing with AuroIN?
I have been in the gourmet e-commerce business for over 8 years and had my e-commerce website professionally created. In that time period, while we enjoyed excellent sales on another popular and huge E-commerce website, I noticed that sales on our own website were stagnant and even though I was assured by my website creator that everything was optimized, I began to feel that perhaps it was not and was in need of a very big updating from several technical perspectives.
Being totally non-technical in that respect, I sought out some help from those I know in the industry and found AuroIn. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable with them, enjoyed speaking with them directly about my website and helping them learn more about what the world of gourmet sea salts is all about in order to help them zero in on my target market. We began this venture about 2 months ago, in early November, a critical time for my business to be up and running as efficiently and successfully as possible, and within a relatively short period of time, they had corrected many errors, fixed links and problems and made several good recommendations to me on how to gain more market share by using Social Media efficiently, updating and adding to my key search words, fix back-links and many, many other technical aspects of optimization that has proven to be attracting more and more customers. I understand that these optimizations take time to work through their mysterious way on the web, but I feel there is a solid up-tick in sales and that their efforts are having a very real result.
As a company, I have found AuroIn to be highly professional, very good communicators and highly knowledgeable in the E-commerce world. They also have a sophisticated program for communications with their customers that I appreciate as various members of their team are able to communicate with me regarding their specialized role in the process, stay in touch with other team members and basically assure that everyone involved is informed and updated daily. As our sales and numbers steadily improve, I am hoping to have a very successful 4th quarter and an even better year next year!
