They only positive is the graphics of the system. It appears to look very nice and welcoming, but it isn't.

First, I wish they were more upfront from the beginning. They over promised what their software could do. And, their access to ads and posters is misleading since it is a PDF and you can't change anything...it's not customizable, which I was told it was on the sales pitch. Secondly, for them its all about money. They charge THE most for their services and yet don't offer anything better than any other software. Actually, what they offer is worse. They are a company that has done billing for schools for many years and are just now trying to enter the world of online management systems. But they are charging like they have been doing it for years and have the best service. They don't and aren't. The biggest issue is loss of data. They transfer your database (if you are on another system) for you. What they fail to tell you is they do not transfer everything. I only found this out when I left their service and had to export the database. They lost the birthdates of my 10+ year database of my non-active clients. And as you may know, this is the only way to constantly stay in touch with old clients with hopes that they may come back just because of that birthday email.

I do not advice anyone switching to the company. If you do, please make sure you have your database backed up on your own.
