Certero do review with our customers potential development modifications of all of our products. Our Product Board meet every month to review the product road maps; and potential customer modifications request. In most cases any enhancement that provides both functional and commercial value will be signed off to be included in the next version or revision release. If accepted we normally notify the relevant customer that we will be carrying the modification and indicate a timeline for completion of the modification.
Where a customer requires a major change to AssetStudio, we will consult with the customer on this modification to understand whether this major change only relates to the customer; and therefore instigate a ‘special’ agreement that the functionality only relates to this customer and whether there is a commercial implication to the request.
