Aircall

Aircall has an easy phone support. It is quite easy to setup and use. Aircal is powerful and is a collaborative cross-country phone system for organizations and companies. Aircall offers instantly plenty of numbers your organizations need in more than 30 countries. You can easily decide to dispatch calls between different persons and teams for different number. Each teammate uses the Aircall app on his Mac, PC or smartphone to make, receive and follow-up on calls. You can also set working hours and devices to receive calls on. It connects call information easily to any software from Slack to CRMs.

It has sometimes connectivity issues maybe due to internet . Some countries are simply unavailable even the requests from customers. I didn't see any iOS application, they may work on it soon. Sometimes it doesn't recognize some countries phone code. The application may need to be separated from search engine I suggest. They invoices may be hard to understand.

Aircall has plenty of features that are very useful for the price they offer the whole service. Also it stil need imrpovement especially when it comes to internationalization . They have quite good customer service. Aircal can be integrated to Zendesk for example. Individual team members can have their own extensions which is pretty cool.
