Aircall

As though Aircall work for me, I’m pleasantly satisfied the fact I don’t miss any call by clients. They are delighted, too. I can redirect my new number on the mobile phone to members of my team in order to make sure that someone will always pick up the phone. As though of my team, we can make calls all together. On the other hand it offers professional phone system: recording calls, personalized welcome message, shared call inbox, real-time reporting etc. In comparison to others similar solution it is very cheap and good created. In addition, Aircall is integrated with Zendesk and Pipedrive I also use. I must praise the software because of quality calls all over the world. Another advantage is that me and my team can share our contacts and calls history within and I am able to anwser to them from my computer (wifi) and from any mobile phone as well. Aircall is reliable software and it allows me to keep up the pace with update or if there is an issue/bug that is being fixed.

Application can break down but it is like new after restarting. In better case, it slows down from time to time. I would be thankful if there is option for voice message but I hope the team will add this feature soon. More option for calls I would also prefer.

I’ve solved so many issues I couldn’t before. I control setups, put someone on hold, forward calls in the weekend... Customer support is quick in respond and effective in solving issues or doubts. If you consider of using Aircall, you should be aware there is three kinds of a package. So, one of them would suit you I am pretty sure. In now days, you will certainly forget your desk phone.
