Hi. Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question. Any business or organization (such as a church, charity, club, etc.) can use the software, regardless of how small they they are. As the software can be used for free, it's not going to impact your cash flow at all.

Hi. Yes, there is an option to do this. Click on 'Setup' on the top menu bar, go down to 'System', and select 'Database - Clear Down'.

Hi. For many countries, Adminsoft Accounts is setup ready to go as soon as you install it. I would suggest you check the Sales Tax/VAT rates first though, as it doesn't know every rate for every country. Particularly if you're in the USA, the sales tax varies so much for each city/state. But of course every business is different, so you may want to set up your own sales and purchase analysis codes, chart of accounts and if you're already trading you'll have existing customers and suppliers with opening balances to deal with. So the answer to your question is anywhere from a couple of minutes to several weeks depending on your circumstances! Adminsoft can offer help via the user forum or email, there is also a network of business partners who can supply telephone and/or on-site assistance (for which there may be a charge). There is also some help available from within the software, and some guides in PDF format that can be downloaded for free from our web site. There is also a book called 'Free Accounting with Free Software' written by Yogesh Patel that is a great introduction to bookkeeping based on setting up and using Adminsoft Accounts. (more)

Hi. Adminsoft Accounts on average is updated once a month. The last major revision, when it went from v3 to v4, was over five years ago. There are currently no major revisions planned. The regular updates often add some quite useful features, very often in response to requests from users.
