Yes, we have white labeled our ActiveReports Server Report Portal. The admin can change the UI theme and logos on the admin dashboard in the UI Customization Page. (more)

From an end-user perspective, ActiveReports Server will work on any of the modern browsers like IE, Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.
On the server side, the server needs IIS to host the website and services. So you will need a Windows Server OS machine.
