Workflows and follow ups with tracking functionality in marketing campaigns would benefit tremendously from consistent use. Pricing starts with a free trial and no credit card required. And paid plans begin at $9 per month for five hundred contacts.
Frrom a potential international user I like that Active Campaign supports a number of languages including: Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Indonesian, German, French, Finnish, English, Dutch and Danish. It's great that Active Campaign has a lot of integrations available and an open API available to extend it's functionality into other softwares. They offer phone support, online support, video tutorials, a forum and knowledge base too.
You can utilize reports to measure performance and improve results. It's a central place to store a lot of contact details, with good customization elements. Importing contacts from external sources is important and Active Campaign has got this covered. The history of a particular contact is available with solid filtering options which is good. Many integrations are available for Active Campaign: Google Docs, Facebook, Freshbooks, Zendesk, Dropbox, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Wufoo, Magento, Wordpress and more.
You can also utilize automation in workflows for maximum efficiency. Automate updates, start campaigns and conditional logic between campaigns. Active Campaign is a very intuitive application with a clean, bright interface. The functionality available through the entire customer lifecycle is tremendous with the ability to setup an entire sales pipeline and funnel quickly. And my account worked flawlessly when setting it up and testing it during my research.
The email designer interface is excellent. The pre-made email design templates are great looking. Very professional. The amount of useful integrations is impressive. The automation possible with conditional elements is great. By all accounts the support is very good. The real time analytics are valuable when determining how to tweak and scale up campaigns.
What would you change about your experience with ActiveCampaign?
For smaller businesses it could get pricey fast with additional features and more contacts. The form designer could use greater customization options. There's not much to dislike about ActiveCampaign considering the value it provides and possible ROI.
Thriving or larger businesses with a current list would see a terrific ROI upon taking immediate action of such powerful tools in one dashboard. The overall set of sales and marketing automation features is strong. By integrating marketing automation and customer relationship management with custom workflows while allowing businesses to segment marketing using behavioral and contact data in email marketing campaigns is a powerful solution for all sized companies.
The list of integrations is impressive. This is a key indicator to me of their development. Though it does not necessarily mean it plays well with all integrations. Overall, I really appreciate the possibility of consolidating so many tools into one single account. It's so easy to use it would be easy to get team members on the same page quickly. I definitely recommend Active Campaign, it's definitely one of favorites in the marketing automation, lead generation and CRM markets.
