I was interested in this project and task management software recently while comparing several others for our project as well. As an Office 365 subscriber I was able to install it immediately and begin checking it out. The dashboard is quite user friendly and takes just a few minutes to get your head around all of the functionality. The project management is simple yet powerful with flexible structures and unlimited sub-projects. You can create recurring tasks and templates within projects as well. The task management includes the full task lifecycle from assignment to delegation and approval. You can convert tasks into projects and assign tasks to external parties. It's very collaborative also you can create alerts and reminders to stay on top of things. There is a instant chat and commenting feature and you can create user roles with permission to ensure people are focused and staying on task. There are solid performance reports available which can be customized. The Focus module is perhaps the greatest differentiating feature. And it's available to access from any mobile device making remote project and task management easy.

Based on the fact that it integrates with Microsoft products, Mac users would be at a disadvantage by not having the full capabilities for use across devices as seamlessly. They could use the web app but it wouldn't be native to use on their desktop, or on tablets and smartphones directly. And the fact there is a minimum fifteen user base per subscription is unfortunate for smaller companies. While the pricing is fair it would be nice to have a lower option in this case and I don't understand how it would negatively impact their business by doing so.

This is a simple but powerful project and task management software which will help increase your team efficiency and productivity certainly. The Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint integration make it especially useful, while the Focus feature is particularly helpful to assign priorities and stay on task. And while it's not the most intuitive in the space in my opinion, it is still among the best. I can see how this software would be highly beneficial for teams and with a free trial available there is nothing to lose by checking it out. Especially if you're already a Microsoft Office 365 user.
