A1 Tracker

We were running on an older insurance software created in MS Access to handle client billing, invoicing, agent & broker commissions, and insurance products. Our staff was doing many tasks manually and we had stacks of paper produced each month just in the course of business. We also had spreadsheets tracking redundant information plus another accounting system; that's at least 3 places where customer, agent, broker, and insurance information was maintained. The redundancy was detrimental to our business. The highlight of what A1 provided us with one centralized and web-based system enabling our team to work remotely, which was not possible with our previous insurance software. The system was also very stable, by comparison to our old system which suffered from frequent crashes and server outages. Speaking of servers, the server stability A1 brought to our company resolved a host of other problems while at the same time lower costs. Our relationship with A1 extended beyond the software they provided, as they had a good grasp on IT infrastructure over all which helped our operations and lowered or in some cases eliminated costs. The best part about A1 software was it was customized to our liking. The team at A1 came to our office and met with us in person to learn about our needs, study our business process, then implement the software using their technical expertise while knowing our business. I can't think of anything more valuable than that when it comes to purchasing software.

If it's not broken, don't fix it. The software worked flawlessly. Very simple and easy to use.

Customer support at A1 is top notch, personalized, and professional. They can tailor their software in ways that surprised us, and often asked us questions about our process we hadn't before considered. This is what made our implementation worth while and successful. If I were to make a software purchasing decision again, I would go with A1. Thanks guys for the A-1 effort.
