During the business process with 411 Locals, I found hard to understand what exactly they are trying to say to me. The customer service representatives I communicated with was using high tech words. That is why in the beginning I just was not able to catch some of the ideas. My advice is that they have to simplify their explanations.

My overall FeedBack for 411 Locals is great ! We are paying to them regularly and they are doing their job every month. The result is that we have more clients, because 411 Locals managed to install our business website on first google page. In addition, they are successfully holding website’s position. So, the clients are finding our furniture service.
