15miles believes in high touch client service. Each Account Executive's assignment is developed individually to ensure that they can deeply immerse themselves in the client's business and their unique optimization issues and challenges. We do not have a set "each person handles X dollars of business" as each client's marketplace reality is different.
In answer to your question "Will my company be given a fair amount of attention?"; our client retention is 96% in 2016. It would have been 100% but we had to resign a client for non-payment. (more)
