What was the best part about using Zywave?

The best part was ModMaster prior to their May, 2017 rollout. They ruined an exceptional product. We have never used any of their other products.

What would you change about your experience with Zywave?

I would have them allow us to use the old ModMaster program until they fix the current one.

Overall Feedback

ModMaster used to be exceptional and now it's a slow, cumbersome, glitchy program that they apparently did not test before they forced it on us. Although they have fixed some glaring issues, it took them over 2 months to address complaint after complaint after complaint and they still won't fix the slowness, errors, etc. They then threw it back as user error when the user had used the old program for 4 years without any issues. On top of that they had the nerve to say that no one else was having issues when multiple people in our office had experienced the same problem and other agents had as well. And now they charge more to pay for this epic fail that they launched 4 months ago.
