The whole experience was not good. Their Facebook staff is responsive., but that is the only positive.

Everything. It was bad communication, and the project took a year to complete and was horribly developed.

I hired Zyber to create a very simple form for me a year ago that we had explained in detail prior to starting exactly how I wanted it created. I even had a copy sent to them of exactly how it should look and work (it was already done in a different format). They quoted me on a 12 hour project. The form ended up taking an entire year. It took 5 months for them to fix simple things like spelling mistakes. Aside from the horrible timing, communication is the worst I have dealt with working with any other company. I would not recommend this company if you are looking to have something developed that requires any sort of coding knowledge, as this was supposed to be a very simple project and should not have taken an entire year. If you email them, they will take a month to respond, and that only happens after you go on their social media accounts and basically beg their marketing team for a response, who are very nice by the way so that is a positive. The final product is okay, but they are now informing me that I cannot change any text on the form or update it at all, otherwise the form will break. So if anything changes in my business like pricing, or if I want to add a service, I basically can't use this form anymore since nothing can be edited or changed. What a headache and horrible waste of time.
