Zoom

The Zoom is a great product with outstanding quality and could be the best solution to a more refined conference or webinar series. If your program or event is one that requires more than just placing a phone call, then the Zoom comes in handy. It is very easy to use and also offers an awesome video and audio quality with little set –up time. The Zoom app doesn’t require a person with technical to be able to engage it.

The platform needs to offer users call recording features and I believe it can accommodate up to three callers but anything asides that gets it crowded. I also noticed that when calling the back-end customer support staff, you don’t hear any sound to indicate its ringing or not. I believe that should change if it has not already been rectified.

I’d prefer to use Zoom especially when it has to do with sound as it produces excellent voice quality devoid of any sort of background noise whatsoever. It is so easy for a user to deploy single meeting identification to set up a quick meeting invite with colleagues, department members, team members and webinar attendees.
