When it comes to the customization and options for the Zoho Docs, I can actually say that this is one of its great part. That is because you the tools collaborates to what the users’ needs and shares documents easily. In addition to that, tracking of the data of customers are helpful.

When I think of the worst part of this software, I think it’s the monthly fee which can add up. Moreover, some of its features have bugs and the tendency for it to log is at higher percentage. Maybe a few more testing on the tool will help to make it suitable for the users to use.

With the overall feedback of this software, I think that it is still better if users who might encounter this should try and test the software first if this can help the company and answer the requirements needed for document management. Thought the simple features of it works, still try to explore on what else can this features do.
