Zoho Docs

Zoho is very popular for its name and software products. Its CRM system, Zoho Docs is a competitor to Google Docs- and just for a change of pace I decided to try it. I was amazingly shocked to find out that I like it way better than Google docs. Its UI is much simpler and less complex to use and it offers just as many features if not more. Its cheaper than some of its competitors, and just as intuitive in many facets of implementation with other Zoho software programs.

There is only a few non-benefits of Zoho in comparison to some other alternatives. It seems to cater most to small-medium businesses and not larger corporations and businesses. There are also many advanced features that may not even be utilized from some users as well. There is a fine line there too many features- not enough brute to handle large businesses- this is the only dilemma I can foresee being problematic for potential users.

In my opinion, I prefer Zoho docs just because I am VERY biased against the monopoly that Google has over the entire Internet realm. But Zoho docs also has a great UI (user interfsce) that I find much more simple to navigate and use. Additionally, the small cost to use all of Zoho docs features is a bonus along with the fact that one can integrate and implement it in combination with other software programs and other Zoho products.
