What was the best part about using Zoho Campaigns?

I like how this product is very easy to work with and even users without much experience in HTML or in creating emails will find it very easy to use. Their platform offers extensive amounts of functionalities that we need and we are very pleased with how affordable their product is.

What would you change about your experience with Zoho Campaigns?

There is really nothing much to dislike about this product as it delivers what it has promised right out of the bag. If I have to point out one thing, I have to say it lack integration to Salesforce as I am a heavy user of SF. Other than that, it works perfectly for me.

Overall Feedback

Overall, this is a great automation tool to have. It has helped me in my email campaigns, metrics and auto responders so its definitely a neat app.Their pricing on the product is great too as it is very affordable and is suited well enough for a small organization such as ours.
