Zoho Books

Zoho Books is outstanding for any business that wants to keep track of expenses, bank accounts, invoices, and share date and numbers with an accountant. Its features are hard-core up with some of the other accounting software services such as Xero! It can easily handle thousands of orders and it has automated the process for our business ten-fold. I think the payment reminders are one of its strong suits as with so much cash flow going in out of large businesses can easily lose track of who owes them and who they owe. Customer service is a dream and their professionalism and timely solutions are to be commended.

Zoho has not really established a big name for itself among other competitors, and i find it odd that it is not more popular than it is. However sooner or later this software will catch up in ranking and rating with others. The only adversity of Zoho that I find to be problematic is the fact that they have yet to integrate an API to their service which would actually make it over the top for us to share with our customers and vendors.

Zoho should be a leader in accounting software among ones such as Quickbooks and Xero. It demonstrates the simplicity that can be placed into any businesses accounting efforts and one does not need to be a whiz at accounting to utilize it effortlessly. The best part of Zoho is that it has a customer service team that does not disappoint. Professional, well-developed software that eases the process of keeping up with everything monetary in a business.
