Zenefits

The implementation of Zenefits was such a breeze from the beginning with the implementation team to the Account Managers who stay in touch and continue to be supportive. Also, they have good record management features which allows information and records to be kept electronically and reduce paper files. This is a great feature moving forward as electronic filing is more efficient and more secure, especially in an HR environment.

While there is a lot of customer support, the software could be more intuitive and easier to use. It can be difficult to find things you`re looking for because they`re not in a menu or on a page you would expect them to be. Also, the reporting options could be improved. They`re not intuitive and they`re not as extensive as one would hope.

While there are some missing products in their software suite, it is worth acknowledging that they are still new and growing and they`re still introducing new programs and features. Perhaps they`re functioning as though they will achieve a wide, successful platform as the software is quite expensive for what you get.
