Zendesk

Here are few best things about Zendesk that I’ve been noticed. Their support during setup process was very helpful and quick. Zendesk also suspend spam tickets for us with very good accuracy. If you check this, you will really rarely find a legitimate email there. Customer Support is simply fantastic.

I don't like interface which is really full of icons and not enough labels. Also i dislike missing of desktop notifications in the client because that should be allowed for something so important like sensitive support requests. Some features which is marked as default should not be marked like that.

Zendesk is software which working to improve all the time. I think they have a lot of space for more improvement. With Zendesk you can make your job easier. Before it took quite a bit of communication to what was done and what was not done so it made it harder for 2 people to handle support. With Zendesk your time to finish support requests is very much decreased.
