Zendesk

Zendesk is one the great tool for Customer Support. It has variety of core functionalities which make Zendesk preferable for Customers. It can be used for Help Desk Management, Knowledge Management and Online CRM Management. I have used it 's Help Desk support functionality and it is awesome. You can filter all the help desk query based on the type of customers. Suppose if you want to filters tickets with higher priority you can do it by it's filter section within seconds. Thanks you Zendesk for all this stuff.

As there are many modules for one tool it is costly. I am using their Help Desk Management module but I have to purchase all other modules which I do not need. These extra modules make this tool costly for me. Apart from the cost I am happy with the way they implemented all the functionality.

Zendesk is an easy to use tool due it's simple interface. It is also compatible with different technologies. Reporting is one of my favorite feature. I can filter my reports based on my need and then used these reports for Analysis. I can also forward these reports directly to clients which saves my time. I am highly recommending this tool who want Efficient and reliable help desk management.
