Zendesk is a fully integrated software that offers a custom- made front end portal, live chat and seamless integration to dozens of applications. Amazingly, implementation of the software takes minutes and it allows users to communicate with others across heterogeneous technology-based channels. The good thing with Zendesk is that as a complete customer support solution, its applications are offered on a stand – alone basis

I was actually hopeful that the Zendesk software would have a more intuitive or rather more custom – made user interface. The Zendesk can improve on some of its tracking tools to enable time tracking availability for all pricing levels. The software is strictly geared for B2C business models, leaving out the B2B which remains at its mercy and a bit challenging even if one intends to give it a shot at collaboration. It is not budget friendly especially for small or mid- sized businesses even as it is well worth every penny paid for it.

This is one product whose usability is top –notch and basically remains above competition with impressive integration and ease of use. I would advise newcomers to take advantage of the free trial to help them get accustomed to the application before attempting to go on board. All – in – all, it’s an amazing application in all ramifications. I will gladly recommend it to business users due to its excellent reporting abilities
