Yesware

Yesware is an email service software used for tracking email. It has got good templates responses and has great sync up to CRM. Our organization uses yewsare to educate and help the sales representatives to communicate with clients through emails and it is also used for storing the data in Salesforce. The greatest advantage is it lets you know how many users are opening and reading the emails.

The pop-ups of yesware are little bit frustrating as it asks to install on every device which I use. Also if Hubspot and Yesware were to integrate that would be a very great plus. Sometimes Yesware crashes suddenly only to revive when unexpected!!! The integration with CRM is not always perfect and the reminders and follow-up tasks leave a lot to be desired.

Yesware is best used for feedback purposes on the lead generation and sales process. The tracking emails and the SFDC integration are the major plus points. I especially use Yeswarefor tracking open and reply notes reagrding sales related emails. It helps me form an analysis on who is opening, reading, and responding to my emails and helps me in better decision making.
