Yesware

The ability to see when a customer opens a e-mail which has a proposal in it so I can time my phone calls to land within a few minutes of opening and catch them reading it. I also like that I can see old e-mails that have been sitting for a long period of time and then are opened again by the reader.

I wish there was a mobile tie-in, but that's not really a dislike. It would be great it worked with the gmail application on Android phones. This would help for when I'm out and about and want to track email progress. I also wish there was a CRM tie-in with AgileCRM so that you can see statistics of the opens to the customer in the CRM.

We recommend that anyone involved in sales or service take advantage of the free trial period -- you can experience immediately what Yesware does, with virtually no learning curve. Yesware is the single best sales tool to come along since the CRM itself. If you're not using Yesware you're not as effective or as successful as you could be with it.
