The program itself has very limited exposure in the public, so there aren't a lot of people that know about it. That minimized the functionality of the app, as there isn't much reason to improve upon it if it isn't getting a lot of use. Making the world more aware of what it can do and how it can best meet the needs of those in the corporate world will help it to improve immensely and get some upgrades added to its tools.

However, you will love the functionality of all the tools and how easy it is to use that you'll want to tell all of your coworkers about it.
