Sorry for the delayed answer. Depending on what version you buy, support is included.
1. Xpert-Timer Basic: You shouldn't need support, but if you have a couple of questions, it's no problem to send an email.
2. Xpert-Timer Pro / Enterprise: We have software assurance packages: "Premium" includes updates and upgrades of the software, "Premium Plus" also includes priority email support. Please check our order form for the price, as it's a percentage of the total license value.
3. Xpert-Timer Mobile - No support included. Generel questions are answered through email.
