Less paperwork and archiving, more functionality, easy overview and feel of the entire product.

There's an annoying trait whereby the software blanks out the dates in my imported statements. I think it's suppose to blank out credit card numbers but hasn't been tuned right. It makes manual matching of transactions to expenses more difficult than it needs to. The bulk import from file sometimes creates extra bank accounts instead of using the existing ones.

Xpenditure gives me everything that I need. I believe the company has potential but if the problems continue to persist, I'll evaluate replacements next year. However it's so close to being great that I'd rather not. Ensuring I have all my receipts matched to expenses matches to transactions. This ensures I can reimburse myself and recover expenses from customers.
