I can simply scan and click the receipts through the smartphone and directly upload them to your Xpenditure account making it time-saving and hassle-free. Since I have started using it I am free from the fuss of logging the receipts and expense details manually. It even records the details from the business cards instantly. The application even integrates with almost all the banks and credit card companies of the world making it easier to manage your accounts.

Free trial of 14 days is made available by the developers for the new customers giving them an opportunity to first try and then purchase the software. The trial period could be extended to a month time according to me. OCR processing and examination can be much time exhausting at times making your work delayed. Xpenditure is a Europe-based software and thus, provide the assistance durations accordingly. You may have to adjust your timings in case you reside somewhere else and seek any help from them. Even the customer service takes much time to respond to your query. Other than these demerits I could not find anything disappointing in the tool.

It also integrates well with your existing accounting software. It assists you to manage your expenses by keeping a check on them and hence allows you boost your profit ratio. I found it a perfect solution for all my business accounting and expenditure management needs. Moreover, this tool is very reasonable making it an apt one for small sized companies too.
