Xinet

There are rather many things to enjoy when using Xinet. The top bonus for me is its’ automatic metadata which is provided with every document. As it interacts with Adobe seamlessly it brings on the table more flexibility, especially with bulk uploading. Compared to some of its peers it is also rather cost-wise as it is low priced and therefore wouldn’t be much of an expense.

I can say I was rather disappointed with the software overall. To start off, its’ software isn’t the most intuitive out there – in fact, you are likely to encounter difficulties managing the interface at any times. Besides overall managing issues, the software crashes and lags very often so you can never be sure it operating decently. However, the biggest downside to me with this tool is the accessibility of the stored information. You can’t access it easily and it actually costs extra to access the data! To top that, there isn’t even a free trial so you’ll be pretty much stuck with your choice in the end.

For me, Xinet is not the go-to solution, despite its’ integration with Adobe and automated metadata with all documents. However, the excessive complexity and issues with navigating the system, adding the frequent lags and glitches downgrade the software too heavily for me. As it is rather low priced, you can check the system out, but don’t expect to have a test run as they don’t have a free trial.
