This was a professional digital marketing company which I had contacted recently to learn more about their service and to see if they were the best fit for our search engine optimization and link building project. This company presents its presales strategy in a very solid way that was very thorough and complete which was good to note during my research. They are accredited in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints and that says a lot about the transparency of their service. They also had great case studies with named companies and performance metrics for each citing a range of successes. The companies which are more apparent in my opinion as the examples with 600-1000% increases. Yet the examples of clients with 100-200% increases display a rock solid competence and success level for larger scale projects as well. They had a specialized, current understanding of their industry this was made clear by the content. I liked that they were utilizing HubSpot for their inbound marketing and while they were offering very similar services in a sense as HubSpot their focus was on integrated campaigns while utilizing an inbound marketing strategy. They seem to strike a great balance in every way in the presentation of their branding, current knowledge and overall value. All that was left was to get a hold of them which I did.

There was nothing to dislike about this company in my opinion from a presales perspective prior to reaching out to the company. Any company with an accredited top rating in the Better Business Bureau is alright to be given the benefit of the doubt in my books. Especially in this industry. But for all intents and purposes in my research they passed every other test I had held them up against as an individual company and compared to their top rated peers and competition as well.

The only factor remaining to learn was their pricing and perhaps whether they guaranteed their work, or not. However I do not believe they followed up my request for more information or a consultation at all. Around this time I was learning Android for the first time on my new smartphone and if this was one of the three voicemails I mistakenly deleted then I apologize. Though when searching my email inbox there was nothing to be found from them. Perhaps it was simply a disconnect or we were not a great fit. And if so an email would have been nice to receive. Though beyond this I have no doubt they are a professional company and can deliver results based on the services you need to help your company grow.
