I joined as Executive and now working as Project Manager. In my 2 and half years of experience, There were always new challenges to develop skills and abilities in Xcelance Web Solutions. The best part is that I still get complete freedom to work with my own innovative ideas having full support from Mr. Harpal and Mr. Sushil. My team has a mix of experienced and new team-mates who are skilled, cooperative and understanding. The environment provided by the company is very fun loving which can be seen in various celebrations. I saw great scope in this firm as hardworking and deserving employees can reach new heights in their career. Also, the employees are motivated and appreciated by the management from time to time. Timely Salaries and promotions give me one more reason for longer stability. Thanks to all!

I hardly can think of any worst experience with Xcelance. The only bad thing is being over emotional to understand client's situation and providing out of the reach solutions and trouble our-self but that's okay as long as client is happy and we get new business.
