XCally is a full solution for inbound and outbound calling. It is a fully featured and a complete call center software . XCALLY has a comprehensive and great design. XCALLY has an open API to extend its capabilities. XCALLY is easy to use and to setup without needing to an assistance. XCALLY has a nice and clean user interface. XCALLY integrates seamlessly with SUGARCRM. XCALLY is priced reasonably comparing to other solutions available and it can be afforded by any business or organization.

XCALLY has a nice reporting and analytics tools. XCALLY is running smoothly without any noticeable error or issue. XCALLYis a browser-based platform (SaaS) therefore, it is accessible to any computer or device. Sometimes reporting tool on XCALLY does not work properly. I would like to see more improvement with the overall dashboard of XCALLY

XCALLY has a very reliable technical and customer service, and the support staff is very responsive and usually helpful. I recommend XCALLY as a call center software to a variety of businesses and organizations. XCALLY is not the best software of its kind but it is a well-designed platform with plenty of useful capabilities. XCALLY is offering a free trial to test their product and service.
