This is a great cloud ticketing solution that is easy to set up. You will not also encounter problems when maintaining the functionality of xCALLY Shuttle. It also has a responsive and flexible interface that can help you provide excellent customer service. It makes data visible and develops the reporting in the company.

What would you change about your experience with xCALLY Shuttle?

xCALLY Shuttle is a software that is only suitable for small to medium-sized businesses. It only means that it is not yet capable to handle complex tasks that are common to large companies. The software still needs to be improved so that all levels of businesses can take advantage of using the software.
