Its’ detailed remodeling calculations and sketching are the main parts that make it stand out as it is undeniable how the power of visualization can enhance any project.

Considering the fact you are already paying for the software, how happy are you when hearing training options cost extra? It’s almost like buying a user manual – you wouldn’t do that with electronics, would you? Even spanish language pack is for an additional fee though I find this to be a little crazy as it is still more for the software’s benefit, not the other way around (users can always go to another software but software relies on users).

If budget is not an issue and for you the additional costs are no worries, then you shouldn't have any trouble with this program. Though in my perspective the pricing system is a little overboard, I can't deny the visual support capabilities it has are definitely worth rather much and in the end, the investment can prove itself to be worth it.
