I've used this task manager for several years as it was the simplest among them at the time for creating a to do list on my smartphone and still is so far. It's super simple. In fact I've predominantly used it only for personal reasons. You can easily create multiple lists. When you click on an item on your list it removes it from the active list and places it below in a separated, completed list. You can reactivate these items by clicking on them once again and they reappear in the active task list above. You can create sub-lists. You can reorder items on your list and use hastags to link items in multiple lists. I've haven't had a need to but you can share lists easily. You can also comment on items, attach files or assign tasks if you're working in a team. There are email notifications which can be enabled also. Wunderlist integrates with Dropbox which is convenient.

This is the simplest task manager I've seen still after researching quite a few task and project managers during my research. However as an entrepreneur it's simplicity doesn't meet the needs of more than a few people on your team. Once a project reaches a certain complexity it's best to consider an actual project management software in my opinion.

The free version of this app has all of the features included in the Pro versions so that's great. I appreciate any software as a service that has inclusive features across all plans such as this one does. I've created dozens of lists and hundreds of items on my daily to do lists which is basically groceries, bill payments and so on. I also keep contact information in another list. The simplicity of the app is it's biggest feature and you benefit by being able to create, re-order, check and uncheck items so quickly. The Pro plan is a bit pricey compared to others which are less but it very well could be the best choice for your small team with its easy remote access, ability to comment, attach files, link items across task lists and share lists across team members.
