What was the best part about using WSO2 Identity Server?

WSO2 Identity is an open source identity management tool. It has a bit complicated user interface comparing other similar software. Installation of WSO2 is complicated for non-techie persons. WSO2 features single sign-on capability. Despite its design and user interface, I would say that WSO2 is really good since it does not miss any functionality comparing to commercial solutions.

What would you change about your experience with WSO2 Identity Server?

WSO2 Identity server is reported to possibly being vulnerable to XSS, CSRF and XML external injection. XSS vulnerability could be utilized to hijack the system, I would like to see a quick answer from WSO2 Identity Server team about those concerns. This vulnerability is believed to affect other WSO2 software and services.

Overall Feedback

The customer and technical support by WSO are quite good. WS2 team is responsive and helpful. Although, we are still waiting that WSO2 to conduct security updates and overall improvement. There are many other identity management tools available to consider before making your choice. WSO2 is the best alternative for businesses and organizations who are searching for 100% open-source application.
