What was the best part about dealing with WOW Customer Support?

Wow Customer Support new update on the dashboard made it really user friendly and we also like the A/B splitting functionality and segmentation which is essential especially if your company is catering different time zones and a worldwide market. Together with the fact that the price for the software can cater almost all of middle scale business it is just an awesome software.

What would you change about your experience with WOW Customer Support?

It can be slightly confusing when reviewing email results as well as getting an account set up thought the technical team is always ready to help it can still be frustrating to some users. Manually exporting reports is also exhausting in my opinion it may save clients a lot of time if there is an automated data export options.

Overall Feedback

This site helped more clients target the correct prospects though it still has a lot to improve at the very least but overall the software is great and its very much recommended for others out there that need real help even if your company is just middle class since the price is much affordable than other softwares.
