What was the best part about dealing with WOW Customer Support?

Wow Customer Support is an Salesforce company that focus on B2B sales and marketing automation. The Wow Customer Support product include product with functionality that include Lead Management, Batch email Marketing automated drip Marketing and real time Sales alerts. Its interface is easy to use. I appreciate its simple layout and ability to drag and drop drip campaign schedules. Deliver ability has been a big improvement since I switch to Wow Customer Support.

What would you change about your experience with WOW Customer Support?

Wow Customer Support missing some core features that other competitors are having. Automation Marketing products like Pardot are offering more features as compared to Wow Customer Support. Also we need extensive training to use this application. But with the passage of time this tools will be prove effective. Overall functionality is great. Customer Support si also great

If you want to integrate Powerful marketing tool that integrate with Salesforce I will highly recommend considering Wow Customer Support. If you have CMS and you want to communicate with your contacts Wow Customer Support is a great tool. It is a great tool for those who likes to use drag and drop for your contacts.
